Today’s action: Breakfast
I usually have egg sammies the morning I have more time to make an elaborate meal (which oddly enough are not school days, but work days)
This one was actually inspired by Karen. After I met up with her at the future site of her Malaysian Cafe, I was raving about her chili paste and she suggest I put it on eggs.
Bingo Bango, here you goo.
Sambal sauce on a toasted Rudi’s Harvest Seeded English Muffin

Baby Kale
Over easy free-range, vegetarian fed egg (The farm I got these from boasts animals that never see a truck in the whole process! Awesome!)
And it all came in a pepto pink carton 🙂
