A Superpowered Breakfast

I really haven’t been missing gluten at all now that I have Udi’s in my arsenal.

I love smashed avo toasties, but this time I was super starving and knew I had a big day ahead of me.

What to do?

Top it with an egg.

That’s two power breakfasts in one!

Udi’s millet chia bread, avocado, S&P, egg, plus more salt!

Yep, this one kept me satisfied for a loong time.
